The 271,000-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center houses clinics that provide primary medical care, dental, and rehabilitation services to United States veterans. The LEED Gold facility is unique as the different departments and medical services are located in visually exciting wings joined by a central, three-story atrium space. The facility sits on a 43 acre site with over 2,000 parking spaces which allows for future expansion as needed. The project was created as a leaseback with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Walsh Investors. Read more about the project.
